- The Lindon City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:15 P.M. on Monday, April 15, 2024 at the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT 84042 to consider adoption of the Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP) and the Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). The Council will also consider amendments to Lindon City Code 11.08 (Lindon City Storm Water Impact Fee Ordinance) and 11.04 (Impact Fees). Copies of the IFFP, IFA and the proposed ordinance updates are available for inspection at Lindon City offices or on the City website at www.lindoncity.org. Interested parties are invited to attend and make comment
