FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fruit Heights City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7 pm in the council chambers of City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah 84037. PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FOLLOWING: - Rental Policy: All rental property utilities must be in the name of the property owner. If the property owner would like a copy of the utility bill to be sent directly to the tenant, the tenant may fill out an application to be listed as a co-signer for utility payments.
