- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR 2024-2025 GRANT PERIOD MAY 2, 2024 Layton City has developed a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan for the 2024-2025 Program Year. The Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low income persons, and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Year to address these needs. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to review the Plan on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah. All Layton City residents and interested parties are invited to comment during the public hearing. At the conclusion of the Public Hearing the City Council may adopt the Plan. Questions and written comments regarding the 2024-2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan and Public Hearing should be directed to Morgan Cloward, Layton City Community and Economic Development, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, 84041, or by phone at (801) 336-3770.
