Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING APRIL 9, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend requirements in Title 19 'Zoning', Chapter 19.02 'Definitions', and Section 19.06 'Land Use Regulations' to add in-patient medical clinics as a permitted use in certain zones. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
