- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday April 09, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. An agreement which would grant exemptions from certain regulations of Chapter 11-35, HOME OCCUPATION. The exemptions are being sought as outlined in Section 11-35-050 (E) in order to accommodate a desired landscape yard on a property north of and adjacent to the owner's home (part of parcel ID 08-082-0003). The applicant is Jonathan Miller who resides at 818 South Shirley Rae Drive. (Z-1-24) The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
