in kind.
c. Recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding a petition from Marc Anderson to
rezone approximately 3.16 acres located at approximately 1100 South Main Street from A-5 to
R-1/2 (Parcel No. 02-055-0010)
d. Approval of Resolution 2024-04 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with
Brigham City Corporation to Provide Animal Control Services from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2025.
e. Discussion regarding the letter from the Brigham City Mayor regarding the non-renewal of the
animal control contract with Brigham City, expiring at the end of June 2025.
f. Approval of Resolution 2024-05 Approving the Municipal Wastewater Program Annual Report for
the year ending 2023.
g. Discussion on vacating the sewer easement on properties east of 100 west.
h. Progress on amending subdivision Ordinance to include new water allocation.
