Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 8, 2024, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the City Council: 1) to consider the disposal of computer laptops contributed by Comcast Corporation with a value of $25,000 to students completing the Millcreek six-week digital literacy program, and 2) to consider approving nonmonetary assistance to the Millcreek Community Foundation. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. §10-2-8 a study regarding the monetary appropriation was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall during regular business hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751, or adainfo@millcreekut.gov, two days prior to the meeting date.
