Heather Bush Period: 8/1/24 to 5/31/25 Application Due: 4/29/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: New Application Year 1: $1,191,466 Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation of Women Across the Nation (WISEWOMAN) Individual Public Health Services Exec members unanimously approve the continuation application for the BeWise grant as proposed and recommend ratification by Governance. Kalynn Filion Period: 9/30/24 to 9/29/25 Application Due: 4/1/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal Application Year 1: $950,000 Immunization and Vaccines for Children Individual Public Health Services Exec members unanimously provide a favorable recommendation/approval for the Imms CoAg continuation application and recommend ratification by Governance. Rich Lakin Period: 7/1/24 to 6/30/25 Application Due: 4/8/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 1) Application Year 1: $4,429,578 Previous year's award was $5,348,320 Strengthening Public Health Systems and Services Through National Partnerships to Improve the Nation's Health (Part 1 & 2) Epi/Informatics Exec unanimously provides a favorable recommendation for this grant as proposed and supports designating it as exempt. Abigail Collingwood Period: 8/1/24 to 8/1/29 Application Due: 4/1/2024 Grant Status: Exempt Grant Type: New Application Year 1: $300,000 Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) The Preparedness Executive Committee approved the Governance proposal for the funding allocation between LHDs and DHHS for the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative agreement. Jeff Coombs made the motion to accept, and Brian Cowan seconded. All approved. Dean Penovich Period: 7/1/24 to 6/30/25 Application Due: 4/24/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 1) Application Year 1: $7,233,853 Advancing Health Equity in Asthma Control through the EXHALE Strategies Received a favorable recommendation from HPAP Exec. On 3/7/2024. Nichole Shepard Period: 9/1/24 to 8/31/25 Application Due: 4/16/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: New (Year 1) Application Year 1: $550,000 CDAF Re-linkage to Care in the United States Epi/Informatics Exec unanimously provides a favorable recommendation for this grant as proposed and supports designating it as exempt. Amelia Salmanson Period: 9/30/24 to 9/29/29 Application Due: 4/2/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: New (Year 1) Application Year 1: $120,000 State Maternal Health Innovation The Individual Public Health Services Executive Committee has reviewed information provided for the State Maternal Health Innovation grant by email, and unanimously provides a favorable recommendation to governance to approve it as proposed.
