Millcreek, UT Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that on Monday, March 25, 2024, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the City Council: to consider opening and amending the Fiscal Year 2023-24 General Fund budget and fee schedule, and to consider a monetary appropriation of up to $1,500 to purchase discounted human services UTA passes for Millcreek residents in need. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. §10-2-8 a study regarding the appropriation was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall during regular business hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. A copy of the associated budget information is also on file for review at Millcreek City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751, or adainfo@millcreekut.gov, two days prior to the meeting date.
