The American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Receiving public comment on the vacation of a public utility easement on Lot 1, North Pointe Business Park Plat 'F' subdivision located at 630 East 1300 South.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation by Council Member Holley; roll call.
2. Twenty-minute public comment period - limited to two minutes per person.

COMMON CONSENT AGENDA
(Common Consent is that class of Council action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda.)
1. Approval of the February 22/23, 2024, budget workshop minutes.
2. Approval of the February 27, 2024, city council minutes.
3. Acceptance of a public utility easement at 77 West Main Street.
4. Ratification of city payments (February 21, 2024, to March 5, 2024) and approval of purchase requests over $50,000.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Review and action on an ordinance approving the vacation of a portion of the public utility easement for property at 1260 South 630 East, for a Commercial Site Plan known as North Pointe Business Park, Building F.
2. Review and action on an ordinance approving a Code Text Amendment, known as RBD Investments, of the American Fork City Municipal Code. Amending Section 17.4.403, the Code Text Amendment plans to provide personal service establishments, including reception centers, as permitted uses within the CC-2 zone.
3. Review and action on a resolution approving an amendment to the American Fork General Plan, amending the Transportation Master Plan to incorporate updated road classifications, new signals and roundabouts into the plan.
4. Adjournment.
