PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Clearfield City Corporation will hold its first Public Hearing on March 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm to take public comment and begin a 30-day comment period regarding:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action plan for the 2024-2025 program year. The Plan describes City housing and community development needs of low-income persons and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Year to address these needs.
Following the conclusion of the 30-day public comment period, a second Public Hearing will be May 14, 2024, at 7:00 pm.
The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Clearfield Municipal Building, located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield City, Utah.
Anyone interested in reviewing and/or commenting on the report may do so between March 27, 2024, to April 26, 2024, in Customer Service, at 55 South State Street, 1st Floor, Clearfield Utah, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or contact Allison Barnes, CDBG Coordinator at (801)525-2772 or by TTY at 711 or 888-346-3162 for Spanish Relay Utah. Written comments will be accepted in the Legal Department Office or by email at Allisonbarnes@clearfieldcity.org.

- Plan de acci n anual de subvenci n en bloque para el desarrollo comunitario (CDBG) para el a o del programa 2024-2025. El Plan describe las necesidades de vivienda y desarrollo comunitario de la ciudad para personas de bajos ingresos y describe los proyectos que se llevar n a cabo durante el a o del programa para abordar estas necesidades.
Despu s de la conclusi n del per odo de comentarios p blicos de 30 d as, una segunda audiencia p blica ser el 26 de mayo de 2024, a las 7:00 pm.
La Audiencia P blica se llevar a cabo en las C maras del Consejo de la Ciudad en el Edificio Municipal de Clearfield, ubicado en 55 South State Street, Ciudad de Clearfield, Utah.
Cualquier persona interesada en revisar y/o comentar el informe puede hacerlo entre el 27 de marzo de 2024 y el 26 de abril de 2024, en el Servicio de Atenci n al Cliente, en el 55 South State Street, 1er. piso, Clearfield Utah, de lunes a viernes, entre las 8:00 a.m. y las 5:00 p.m. o contactar a Allison Barnes, Coordinadora de CDBG al (801)525-2772 o por TTY al 711 o al 888-346-3162 para Spanish Relay Utah.
