- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCEAMENDING SECTION 3.14.110 OF THE MURRAY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AN INCREASE TO THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPACT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th Day of March, 2024, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the Murray City Hall, 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to text amendments to section 3.14.110 of the Murray City Municipal Code relating to an increase to the Wastewater System Impact Fees. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed amendments as described above. DATED this 5th day of March 2024. MURRAY CITY CORPORATION Brooke Smith City Recorder
