- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Property Acquisition Notice is hereby given that the City of North Salt Lake will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 10 East Center Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the City's intent to purchase property located at 85 West 150 North consisting of approximately 0.248 acres of property in North Salt Lake for the purpose of the Hatch Park expansion project. This notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code Ann. §10-8-2. The City's study that analyzes and demonstrates the purpose for an appropriation will be available for public inspection at City Hall. If you cannot attend the public hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received until 5:00 pm on March 19, 2024 at City Hall or with the Community Development Director, Sherrie Pace, via email at sherriep@nslcity.org.
