NOTICE OF HEARING
FARMINGTON CITY
Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday March 07, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following:
1. A recommendation for a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan for the Sycamore Lane PUD at 59 S 300 W. The PUD would allow the construction of a new home on the east side of the property while maintaining the historic home as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in its current location in front of the new home. The property includes 0.31 acres in the OTR (Original Townsite Residential) zone.
2. A recommendation to rezone the property at 1926 W 950 N from the A (Agriculture) district to the LR (Large Residential) zoning district and recommendation of a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan and Schematic Subdivision Plan for the NPE2024 LLC Subdivision consisting of 4 lots on 2.51 acres.
