ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PARKING LOT PROJECT
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Public Safety & Senior Center Parking Lot Projects will be
received by North Ogden City, at the City Office, 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, UT, until 2:00 pm
local time on March 5, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The
Project consists of construction of new parking lots including excavation, grading, curb and gutter,
sidewalk, asphalt pavement, striping, and landscaping. The projects has an Engineer's Estimate of
$530,000.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the
Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted.
No pre-bid conference will be held.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion
Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be
submitted in writing to Matt Robertson, mattr@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on March 1, 2024
Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration
and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing
Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to
Bidders.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in
the best interests of the Owner.
