NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NORTH OGDEN CITY
Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at their regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held to receive comments on the following Zoning Text Amendments:
- ZTA 2024-02 to address NOC 11-19-3 C. 5 to reduce the parking setback along Washington Blvd. from 20 feet to 6 feet.
- ZTA 2024-03 to reinstate parking setback updates for non-collector roads (not Washington Blvd). This Code section was amended as part of ZTA 2022-01, and was inadvertently left out of the City Code reorganization in 2023.
Copies of materials and staff reports are available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.com or the North Ogden City Offices. This meeting will be held at the North Ogden City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-737-9830 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
