ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
1. Northridge Learning Center - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Alison Bond, on behalf of Northridge Learning Center, is requesting conditional use approval to operate a private/quasi-public school. The property is located at 2431 North Hill Field Road.
2. Ridgeview East Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Shawn Strong, representing Parkridge, Inc., is requesting preliminary plat and Development Plan approval for a town center development in the MU (Mixed-Use) zone. The property is located at approximately 947 East Gordon Avenue.
