NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Providence City Code Amendment Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to City Code Title 4: Public Health and Safety; Chapter 4-3 Garbage, Waste & Recycle. The City is seeking to provide garbage services to its citizens as its own enterprise in the coming months, and is seeking to amend the code to better encompass the city's needs and requirements. For information about what changes are being requested please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr, by phone at 435-752-9441 or visit providencecity.com. DATE: February 21st, 2024 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
