NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON FEBRUARY 20, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following:
- AMENDMENTS TO THE FY2024 FINAL BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY
- A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTIES AT 3230 N & 3250 N 300 W FROM R-2 (RESIDENTIAL) TO R-3 (RESIDENTIAL) WITH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PRUD) OVERLAY ZONE
COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OR SUBMITTED IN WRITING PRIOR VIA EMAIL:
