Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled for the following item to be heard by the Clinton City Council February 13, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The meetings will be held in the Clinton Council Chambers at City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. 1) Review and possible action on text amendments to Title 28, Clinton City Zoning Ordinance, regarding updates to the R-M (Multi-Family Residential) zoning district (Chapter 28-15) development standards; and consideration of a new Planned Residential Development (PRD) Overlay Zone regulating the development and design of single and multi-family developments. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
