Janae Duncan & Eric Edwards Grant Period: 9/30/24 to 9/29/25 Application Due: 1/31/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 2) Funding Year 1: $888,000 Application Year 2: $888,000 12:55 National Cardiovascular Health Program -Presented budget proposal to HPAP Exec Group on 12/18/23 -Work with ULACHES and OHPP program staff to develop grant Janae Duncan & Eric Edwards Grant Period: 6/30/24 to 6/29/25 Application Due: 1/31/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 2) Funding Year 1: $880,310 Application Year 2: $880,310 1:10 School-Based Interventions to Promote Equity and Improve Health, Academic Achievement and Well-Being of Students -Presented budget proposal to HPAP Exec Group on 12/18/23 -Application move forward with favorable recommendations from HPAP. Janae Duncan & Eric Edwards Grant Period: 6/30/24 to 6/29/25 Application Due: 1/31/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 2) Funding Year 1: $325,000 Application Year 2: $325,000 1:25 Strategic Approach to Advancing Health Equity for Priority Populations with or at Risk for Diabetes -Presented budget proposal to HPAP Exec Group on 12/18/23 -Application move forward with favorable recommendations from HPAP. Janae Duncan & Eric Edwards Grant Period: 6/30/24 to 6/29/25 Application Due: 1/31/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 2) Funding Year 1: $850,000 Application Year 2: $850,000 1:40 Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) A3 Supplemental Funding -Epi/Informatics Exec reviewed proposed budget categories for the submission due Jan 5. We approved proceeding as proposed and we recommend approval when it comes to Governance in Jan, understanding information will be refined in a more detailed submission that will be due Mar 15. -This was also discussed with LHO Exec on December 21st, and they are in agreement. Elisabeth Litster Grant Period: 12/1/23 to 11/30/24 Application Due: 1/5/2024 Grant Status: Needs Review Grant Type: Renewal (Year 1) Application Year 1: $646,137 1:55 ELC 2nd Round Supplemental Funding (AMD2, NWSS2) ELC supplemental award: this grant will provide funding for AMD (advanced molecular detection) and NWSS (national wastewater surveillance system). Epi/Informatics Exec approved a recommendation for governance to approve the application as proposed. Note: there is not a local health department component to these funds.
