Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of January, 2024 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider: The Public Hearing is to consider a request for USE ADDITIONS to the Business/Medical Park Zone (BMP). Summary of proposed amendments: - Fitness Centers including dance studios, cheerleading, gymnastics and tumbling schools. (permitted use) - Personal Care Services including barber shops, beauty salons, nail salons, diet and weight reducing centers, aesthetician, tanning, and massage therapy. (permitted use) - Tattoo & Pawn Shops. (conditional use) - Health related services including home health. (conditional use) - Pet services such as grooming, training (Permitted use) (not including outdoor pet kennel/boarding) - Indoor pet kennel/boarding (conditional use) - Boutique Food retailers with a 30,000 square feet max. (permitted use) (Convenience Retailers prohibited) The display and sale of all merchandise must occur within a structure and all manufacturing, processing, assembly and fabrication must occur within a structure If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments will be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
