Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, January 25, 2024, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider:
1. Consideration of an amendment to Mapleton City Code Section 18.82.C regarding park and open space requirements in the PRC-3 Zone.
2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code sections 6.08.130, 18.08, 18.28.030 and 18.32.020 prohibiting roosters and making other modifications to the requirements for animal rights.
The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting.
