Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Central Weber Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2024 commencing at 5:30 p.m. at the District office located at 2618 West Pioneer Road, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404 for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following:
1. A new, updated Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan ('IFFP') for the District
2. A Sewer Impact Fee Analysis ('IFA')
3. Resolution No. 2024-02 adopting new sewer system impact fees for the District ('Resolution')
The proposed Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan and a Summary of the IFFP; an Impact Fee Analysis of the proposed sewer impact fee(s) and a Summary of the IFA; and the Resolution will be available for public inspection on the District's website at www.centralweber.com, at the District office during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday), and at each public library within the District at least 10 days before the public hearing. This Notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-502 and -504 and 17B-1-111. If you cannot attend the public hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received at the District office until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Anyone requiring assistance to understand or participate in the public hearing is encouraged to notify either Kevin Hall, General Manager, or Camille Cook, Clerk, at the District office or by calling (801) 731-3011 at least two days before the public hearing so assistance may be provided.
