The agenda is as follows: Business Prayer Call to Order Business Approve Minutes for December 13, 2023 Granite ridge phase 6, detention basin Hargis Hill Road drainage issues Pearson Canyon Detention ponds- long term maintenance goals Review Purchasing policy- add any updates or changes Udot U-dot drainage agreements with Flood Control board 750 North Drainage Open ditch on 1075 North and by Fred Barker's farm Clean-up of Willard Canyon detention basin Follow-up Agenda Items Bills (Jones and Associates, Savanna Hancey, Box Elder News Journal-BENJ, Blue Stakes) I, the undersigned duly appointed secretary for the Box Elder County/Willard City Flood Control and Special Drainage District, posted at the Willard Post Office, Willard City Hall, Box Elder News Journal, pmn.utah.gov and delivered to each member of the Flood Control District Board.
