Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding a PUD development agreement for the Kunzler property located at approximately 1550 Hargis Hill Road (Parcel Nos. 02-035-0046, 02-038-0072, 02-038,0073, 02-040-0210, 02-043-0013, 02-043-0048, 02-043-0049, 02-043-0050) c. Review of a conditional use permit issued to Blair Dean and Kathy Davis for a single-family dwelling on sensitive land located at 155 South Spring Street, also known as 135 South 100 East, (Parcel No. 02-050-0077) issued on September 23, 2005 d. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding the General Plan DRAFT which would amend Chapter 12-000 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance 6. Consideration and approval of the November 2, 2023, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
