- The State of Utah DHHS and Local Public Health Governance Committee Meeting Approve Minutes: October 16th, 2023 Time Grant Title Executive Committee Review Presented by Description 12:40 Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) The next Executive Committee review will be held on 11/27/2023.
