Central Weber Sewer Improvement District
NOTICE OF INTENT TO CREATE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
AND IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSES
Central Weber Sewer Improvement District, a local district located in Weber and Davis Counties, Utah, intends to prepare an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Written Impact Fee Analysis for sanitary sewer. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Central Weber Sewer Improvement District to create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan for sanitary sewer services and amend the District's Impact Fee Written Analyses. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the District's service areas, which are located in Weber and Davis Counties. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of capital facilities to serve new development and/or buy into existing facilities. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the Impact Fee Facilities Plan or written analysis of proposed impact fees.
