NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Town Council will be holding a public hearing on November 8, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, Paragonah, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on proposed Cemetery Ordinance 23-1, An Ordinance Amending Sections 34.015, 34.045, and 34.090 of the Town of Paragonah, Utah, Code of Ordinances. A copy of Ordinance 23-1 is posted at the Paragonah Post Office, Paragonah Town Hall, on the Utah Public Notice Website and Paragonah Town Info Facebook page. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this public hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact the Town Clerk at (435) 477-8979, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
