NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 W Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 ***CONTINUED*** Veritas Architecture and Design requests Design Review approval for a new drive-through only coffee shop in the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) Zone, located at approximately 2298 N University Parkway. Carterville Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6414 dwright@provo.org PLPPA20230156 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
