NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, December 16, 2008 ? 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold their regular City Council Meeting, Tuesday, December 16, 2008, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 3950 So. Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah. I. OPENING CEREMONY A. Call to Order ? Mayor George Garwood B. Prayer/Moment of Silence - C. Pledge of Allegiance ? Council Member Wayne Smith II. PUBLIC COMMENTS ? This is an opportunity for the public to address council members regarding issues or concerns that are not on the agenda for public discussion. Please limit your comments to three minutes. III. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of Minutes ? December 2, 2008 B. Set date for public hearing to consider and receive public comments on proposed annexation of property from the Weber School District (January 6, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter) IV. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS A. Presentation of 2007-08 Audit Report ? Litz and Company B. Advice and Consent of appointment of Alma Richins to serve on the Weber Mosquito Abatement District C. Setting a public hearing and authorizing a Notice of Intention to issue not more than $3,000,000 of Sale and Excise Tax Revenue Bonds to finance recreation facilities adjacent to a new school and related matters E.
