Box Elder County/Willard City Flood Control & Special Drainage District Willard, Utah 84340 Notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County/Willard City Flood Control and Special Drainage District will hold its regular business and Budget hearing meeting at 7:30 PM, December 11, 2019 at the Willard City Offices, 80 West 50 South, Willard, Utah. The Budget Hearing will start at 8:00 PM The Public is invited. The agenda is as follows: Business - Prayer - Call to Order - Approve Minutes for November 13, 2019 - Business o Flood Control Tractor o Cleaning, and future maintenance of Detention, and Debris Basins. o 200 West and 500 South in Willard. o Division of duties for Flood Control. o Weed the slough - Subdivisions o Willard View Estates & Annie's Landing Budget: Approval for 2020 Budget (8:00 PM) - Transfer from General fund to Capital Improvements. - Impact Fees- Transfer to replace general fund for what was paid for the GIS Mapping. - Bills (Jones and Associates, Savanna Hancey) I, the undersigned duly appointed secretary for the Box Elder County/Willard City Flood Control and Special Drainage District, posted at the Willard Post Office, Willard City Hall, Box Elder News Journal, pmn.utah.gov and delivered to each member of the Flood Control District Board.
