- NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Oct 2, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 E 2600 N, North Ogden, Utah. Public hearing on a legislative application to rezone land located at approximately 200 E 2550 N from Suburban Residential (RE-20) to Master Planned Community Zone (MPC-PP) Public hearing on a legislative application to amend City Code 11-10-34 Accessory Dwelling Units In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
