Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold their regular City Council Meeting, Tuesday, November 18, 2008, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 3950 So. Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah.

F. Consideration of proposed Resolution No. 08-24 ? Approving and Authorizing the execution of an Easement Encroachment Agreement between South Ogden City and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District to facilitate the City?s Trail and Nature Park Development and other property.
G. Consideration of proposed Ordinance No. 08-23 ? Creating Section 6-1-14 of the City Code, governing the use of skateboards, roller skates, street skates and scooters on public streets in the city
H. Advice and Consent of appointment of Council Member Wayne Smith to serve on the Audit Committee
