Weber County previously provided notice, pursuant to the provisions of sections 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, of its intent to prepare Impact Fee Facilities Plans and written Impact Fee Analyses for storm drain, sewer, roads and trails. Those documents have been prepared, and Weber County hereby provides notice of its intent to adopt the Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses, amending previous plans and analyses. Weber County also hereby provides notice of its intent to adopt an amended impact fee enactment. The proposed facilities will be located in unincorporated Weber County. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and used to offset the cost of facilities to serve new development. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the proposed amended plans, analyses, and enactment. Copies of the proposed impact fee facilities plans, impact fee analyses, and enactment are available at the Weber County Public Works office, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ste. 240, Ogden, UT, at each public library in Weber County, and Weber County Engineering Website.
