MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 6:00 PM. AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the June 21th Planning Commission Meetings ADMINISTRATIVE 1. Discussion/Decision - proposal of RSW Reverse Engineering & Machining LLC Site Plan, allowing for the construction of a new building in the Willow Brook Subdivision. Parcel 17-066-0098 Applicant: Toby Mileski 2. Discussion/Decision - proposed amendment to Stone Field Business Park Subdivision. Allowing Parcel 19-014-0015 to be added to subdivision to become Lot 8 and have an entry way through Lot 7. Applicant: Gary & Karmel E Clay Living Trust and TJF Heating & Air INC. LEGISLATIVE 3.
