MEETING NOTICE OF THE PLEASANT VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a regularly scheduled meeting in the Council Chambers at the Pleasant View City Offices, 520 West Elberta Drive, on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 6:00 PM. *** Prior to the beginning of the regular agenda, there will be a workshop to discuss the proposed Form Based Code. The regular agenda will begin immediately following the workshop. *** AGENDA 6:00 PM Call to Order A. Opening Prayer, Reading, or Expression of Thought B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Approval of the agenda and minutes from the May 3rd Planning Commission Meetings LEGISLATIVE 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Discussion/Decision on proposed Future Land Use Map Amendment, amending parcel 19-014-0016 located at approximately 3100 N and 1275 W from low density residential (2-3 units/acre) to medium density residential (4-8 units/acre). OTHER BUSINESS 2. Discussion/Decision on a proposed Small Subdivision, known as the Heart of Pole Patch Phase 1 Subdivision, subdividing approximately 13.059 acres of land into two lots and a remnant parcel (to be divided later as Phase 2). 3. Discussion/Decision on a proposed Preliminary Plat for Deer Crest Phase 4 Subdivision, creating 19 new lots. 4. Discussion/Decision on a proposed Plat Amendment of the Hurd-Jenkins Subdivision, adjusting a lot line between two lots. 5. Discussion/Decision on a proposed Small Subdivision, known as the Capstone Classical Academy Subdivision, creating 4 new lots. 6. Discussion/Decision on a proposed Attached Accessory Apartment for Jerald Erickson. 7. Discussion/Decision on proposed Small Subdivision, known as Oakley's Court Subdivision, creating three new lots. 8. Commission Communications 9.
