- May 23, 2018 The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 7, 2018 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed minor subdivision located on 3147 N Hwy 89 parcel number 19-015-0009. The subdivision is approx. 14.41 acres and will contain 4 commercial properties. Further information can be obtained by contacting the City office at 782-8529.
