'AMENDED' MEETING NOTICE OF THE WEBER AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting in the Break Out Room #105 of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 4:30 pm on Monday, April 2, 2018. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome -Chair Korry Green B. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner James Ebert C. Invocation - Mayor Mark Allen D. Consent Item Request for approval of minutes from the March 5, 2018 meeting. E. Public Comments (3 minutes each) F. Non-Action Items 1. Presentation on the UTA Equity Analysis- Presenters: Bob Biles, VP, of Finance and Eddy Cummins, Regional GM, UTA 2. Presentation on SB136 the Transportation Governance and Funding Legislation- Presenter: Andrew Gruber, Executive Director, WFRC 3. Presentation on the Cycle de Mayo Event in Riverdale City- Presenters: Mark Benigni, Executive Director, Pathways, Charlie Ewert, Weber County Planner 4. Northern Area Storm Water Update- Presenter: Sean Wilkinson, Director, Weber County Community & Economic Development 5. Review the Trans Com TAC Recommendations for the STP, CMAQ, and TAP projects- Presenter: Ben Wuthrich, Transportation Engineer, WFRC G. Action Items 1. Consideration and/or action to encourage UDOT to fund West Davis Corridor to more northern terminus- Presenter: Mayor Green, Chair 2.
