- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING The North Ogden City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. Public Hearing regarding a rezone to property located at 2325 North Washington Boulevard from Multi-Family Residential R-3 to Commercial C-2.
