The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the City office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed preliminary plat for the Jensen Estates Phase 2 subdivision. The subdivision will contain seven residential lots with a larger lot remaining for potential development of an elementary school. The property is located at approximately 950 W and 3200 N. The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the City office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed minor subdivision plat for the Chambers subdivision. The subdivision will contain two residential lots. The property is located at approximately 3323 N 850 W. The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the City office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed site plan review for the Arnold Machinery development. The property is located in the Stone Field Business Park at approximately 1486 W Stone Field Way. The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in the City office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider a proposed site plan review for the Arnold Machinery development.
