- Notice of Public Hearing The Weber-Morgan Board of Health will conduct a hearing to obtain comments, oral or written, concerning proposed changes to the department's Manufacturing of E-Liquid Regulation. Changes to the regulation are required in order to reflect current laws that have been passed by Utah and rules now active by the FDA. Monday, September 18th at 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Weber-Morgan Health Department Auditorium, 2nd floor 477 23rd Street, Ogden, Utah Written comments may also be submitted to the Health Promotion Division of the Health Department, or by email to bsherwood@co.weber.ut.us until 5:00 p.m. on September 18, 2017. A copy of the proposed Weber-Morgan Health Department regulation is available at our website www.webermorganhealth.org or at the Health Promotion Division of the Weber-Morgan Health Department, 477 23rd Street, Ogden, UT 84401.
