Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR June 27, 2017 (Revised June 26, 2017) PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 13, 2017 PUBLIC REVIEW 1. FLINDERS SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Sue Flinders, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Flinders Subdivision, located at 465 South Angel Street in the R-S (Residential Suburban) zoning district. The proposed subdivision is surrounded by single family residential uses with R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) zoning to the south and R-S zoning to the east, north and west.
