- The next orientation meeting of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees will be held Monday, June 26, 2017, 10:00 a.m., at District Headquarters, Layton, Utah. Agenda items follow: 1. Consideration of Approval of Interlocal Agreement with Farmington City for Pipeline Construction on 650 West in Farmington 2. Public hearing relating to the issuance of up to $45 million of water revenue bonds; and related matters 3. Resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $45 million of water revenue bonds; and related matters 4.
