Justin Atwater (Public Hearing) - Applicant is requesting recommendation for approval of an amendment to the Rice Farms Final PUD Master Plan, and preliminary plat approval for Rice Farms Phase VII PUD Subdivision consisting of 9 lots on 2.55 acres of property located at approximately 850 South 140 East in an LR - PUD (Large Residential - Planned Unit Development) zone.
