AMENDED NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold three Public Hearings and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 Meeting Called to Order - Pledge of Allegiance First Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to adjust the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget Second Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to approve the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Final Budget and increased monthly recycling rates and garbage can replacement rates Third Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to transfer funds from the Sewer Fund to the General Fund in the 2017-2018 Budget 1. Motion - Close public hearings and proceed with regular meeting 2. Public Comments 3. Report from Planning Commission 4. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated May 18, 2017 5. Smith Family Park Update and Approval of Bids 6. Motion - Set a public hearing for June 15, 2017 to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to transfer funds from the Sewer Fund to the General Fund in the 2017-2018 Budget 7. Motion - Preliminary Approval of Park Plaza Subdivision located at approximately 2500 West 4000 North - Randy Marriott/Kami Marriott 8. Motion - Final Approval of Golden Eagle Estates Subdivision located at approximately 1125 North 1200 West - Brent Bailey 9. Discussion/Action - Set a work session to for the Meet the Candidate Open House for 2017 Municipal Election 10. Discussion/Action - Identify Three Emergency Interim Successors and order of their succession to provide to the Utah Division of Emergency Management per Utah Code 53-2a-807 - Matt Gwynn 11. Youth City Council Update 12. Planning Commission Assignments 13. Report from Council on Assignments 14. Approval of Bills 15. Adjournment
