The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider an amendment to the City's Zoning Map, specifically that 16.77 acre parcel of land located at approximately 3200 N east of 1000 W, from the A-2 zoning district to the RE-15 zoning district. The parcel tax ID number is 17-062-0113. and The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16, 2017 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Dr., beginning at 6:00 P.M. to consider an amendment to the City's Zoning Map, specifically that 11.312 acre parcel of land located at approximately 600 W 2700 N on the south east corner of that intersection, from the RE-20 zoning district to the Mixed Use East zoning district.
