PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 10th day of January, 2017. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Commissioner Ebert B. Invocation- C. Pledge of Allegiance- D. Thought of the Day- Commissioner Harvey E. Presentation 1. Presentation from the for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources of the Payment in Lieu of Taxes Check. Presenter: Justin Dolling, Northern Region Supervisor 2. Presentation on Salvation Army's effort in feeding and clothing those in need in Weber County. Presenter: Captain Donald Warriner F. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of warrants #412883 - #412900 in the amount of $2,529,326.40. 2. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $263,500.05. 3. Request for approval of minutes for the meetings held on December 20, 2016 and January 3, 2016. 4. Request for approval to set the date of January 24, 2017 at 10:00 am for a public hearing to consider and take action on a request to amend the side yard setbacks in the Ogden Valley Destination and Recreation Resort Zone (§104-29) in the Uniform Land Use Code of Weber County, Utah. 5. Request for approval of ACH payment to US Bank in the amount of $127,252.80 for purchasing card transactions made through the billing cycle ending December 26, 2016. G. Action Items 1.
