Public Comments 2. Report from Planning Commission 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated December 1, 2016 and December 13, 2016 4. Smith Family Park Update and Approval of Bids 5. Motion - Approval of Residential Business License - Carrillo's Auto Mechanic 6. Motion - Approval of 2017 Business License Renewals 7. Motion - Approval of the Re-zone of the Petersen Inc. property located at 1461 North 2000 West, a portion of a parcel number 15-004-0003, from A-1 zone to the M-1 zone - Rob Despain 8. Motion - Approval of bids for the Remuda pipe project - Robbie Spronk 9. Motion - Confirm date and times of Council Meetings, first and third Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at Farr West City Hall, 1896 North 1800 West, Farr West 10. Motion - Appoint new members to Senior Center Advisory Board 11. Discussion/Action - Require all work done by Jones and Associates be authorized by Mayor Dickemore and cc'd to City Council per the approved email policy 12.
