- PUBLIC NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY PUBLIC HEARING December 22, 2016 The North Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
